In Science, we have been learning about balance. For our first experiment, we balanced a paper crayfish on its nose. Almost everyone was able to do it easily once we learned to use clothespins as counterweights. Today, we balanced other paper shapes with counterweights. We learned that the counterweights have to be on the bottom to make something balance.

We also learned how to balance a pencil on it's tip also using wire and a clothespin. I tried it at home and it worked! Comments are closed.
