Tellagami Book Talks
During our fiction comprehension unit, we learned all about how important characters are for understanding stories. Characters in stories usually want something, which they spend most of the story trying to get. Their character traits can help us predict what they might do during the stories, and paying attention to their feelings helps us understand even more about what is happening! Often, characters learn a lesson by the end of the story. When we think carefully about our stories, we can learn lessons from them, too! Check out the Book Talks we made with the Tellagami app to show what we inderstand about stories! It was a bit of a challenge to capture it all in only 30 seconds, but that taught students to focus just on the most important parts of the book. We hope you enjoy watching them!
